We can categorize brochures into two main groups: foldable brochures and bound brochures. Both of these brochures need to be portable.Foldable brochures:
We can custom any kind of foldable brochures, such as: Bi-fold brochures, tri-fold brochures, Z fold brochures and accordion-fold brochures.All of these brochures are printed on a sheet of paper then fold into two or more panels. Commonly using 80gsm~200gsm art paper or offset paper with 4C/4C CMYK offset printing, with or without lamination.
Bound Brochures:
Similar to softcover book or booklet with perfect binding or saddle stitching binding.Cover: 157gsm~300gsm art paper with full color offset printing, glossy or matte lamination for protection.
Interior pages: 80gsm~200gsm coated paper, offset paper are widely used, but other paper is available too.
Binding: depend on the spine thickness, if the spine is thin, we will suggest to do saddle stitching binding; if the spine is thick enough, then we will recommend perfect binding.
Other finishing: Since it’s a give away brochures, in order to save cost, commonly don’t recommend to do other finishing. But if you need, we can do as per request, like: hot stamping, spot UV, embossing, die cutting, etc.
Factory was found in 2008 with the factory area of 6000 square meters and more than 100 employees. We import the most advance Germany Heidelberg printing machine cp2000, CX104-6+L, CD102-5+1; a whole set of CTP pattern machine and digital sampling machine, along with ISO012647 international color management system which we start to execute since 2011, all of these ensure the printing quality, made your book printing vivid, elegant and beautiful as your artwork design. Apart from the printing machine, we also have our own post-press machines which covered the whole process for book printing, magazine printing and catalog printing: sbl-1050 automatic die cutting machine, high-speed automatic lamination machine, UV printing machine, folding machine, indentation machine, Muller Martini sewn binding machine & perfect binding machine, Germany Heidelberg ST300 auto staple binding machine, etc. We get ISO9001: 2015 Quality Management System Certificate. After we finished the bulk production and received your full payment, we will arrange the shipment for you. We can arrange shipment by express, by air, by train or by sea. All of these have their advantage and disadvantage, according to the weight, volume, destination and your project schedule, we will check out the most suitable and cheapest one to deliver you goods and let you know in advance. Normally will be stated in the Proforma Invoice, you can check and confirm before making deposit payment. After forwarder pick up the goods, we will track the status and let you know until goods arrive at the destination. We will take care of all your needs, please trust us!
By Express--- There are many Express we can choose from. Like UPS, TNT, FeDEx, DHL. Even all of these are express, but the delivery time sometime might have little different, the same as price. Compare with other shipping way, this is the most expensive one but fastest.
By Air--- This one is also the expensive and fast option for goods delivery.
By Train--- It’s faster than by sea but cheaper than by air, it’s international railway intermodal trains between China and Europe, so it can only serve the countries along the route.
By Sea--- Most of our customer choose to ship by sea because the cost is really cheap, but it will take longest time, depend on which country need to be shipped to.
No matter which shipping way, it’s hard to state an exact time for delivery here. For example: Ship to the USA, the same we choose to ship by sea, if the destination is in the Western Of America, it will take about 18 days to arrive at, but if the destination is in the Eastern of America, it might even take about 40 days, the price will be different too. In order to get a best suit shipping solution for your paper printing project, it’s better to let us know your requirements in advance and we will check out and try to save your money & time as much as possible.
Partial shipment--- We accept partial shipment, but need to let us know 7 days in advance so that we can arrange properly. It might cost extra, depend on how long we need to keep the goods for you and our warehouse is busy or not.
Slit order to dispatch to different destination
We accept this term upon order quantity is more than 1000pcs and total amount over US$2000. Normally we only accept 3 different destinations for each order, or it will cost extra. We work under this term many times for our customers, everything ran smoothly, if you have demand on this, please let us know in advance.
